The Five Phases

Phase One

Physical Alignment

We train the body. Jaw to spine alignment, hanging, moving, twisting. Cardiovascular activation, nitric oxide. Cleaning the digestive tract. Living foods. Connecting daily routine with natural alignment. Strength, agility, full embodied vitality.

Phase Two

Spiritual Exploration

We explore the deepest questions: Who are you? Where do you come from? Why are you here? What is the alignment from your center? We develop your direct relationship with Creator. One that is real, yours, and direct.

Phase Three

Ceremony

At the right point in the work, we go into nature, by the fire. You take sacred medicine in a legal container. Anthony plays the flute. You go deep within yourself. He holds space.

Phase Four

Life Alignment

We examine your relationships, your fears, your mission, your daily patterns. We do the forgiveness work, the clearing, the rebuilding. We plan adventures. We make radical shifts where they are needed. At the midpoint, Anthony comes to your home.

Phase Five

Integration and Release

Anthony teaches you his system. The movements, the nutrition, the stillness practices, the prayer life, the daily alignment. May it serve you for life. The work has an ending. He transmits and releases.
